I’m an island girl, born and reared on beautiful Nassau, in The Bahamas. I like things simple and authentic, just like my island. Simplicity and authenticity are what have allowed me to work and walk shoulder to shoulder with people who wanted to change their lives. 

Training, teaching, coaching, and writing are the pathways that have led me into the lives and hearts of some of the most amazing humans. Sometimes that pathway has been as simple as a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. One thing is always true…

Real Change is Spiritual

There are many crossroads that we come to in life: in our careers, our relationships, or our visions. We face unexpected losses or abrupt changes in direction. It is in those spaces that we sometimes get ‘stuck’ trying to figure everything out. My work is that of an advocate. I believe in people. I always know that there is more to uncover, more to explore, more to discover, more to know. I especially believe in a person’s ability to come alive spiritually and see clearly – more clearly with every passing day.  

Knowing one’s self runs parallel to knowing the Creator. Each person I work with is on her own spiritual journey, whether that is in a corporate, religious, educational, or private environment. 

I am privileged to walk alongside you as student-teacher-coach. My work is to guide you into the space where lasting changes are made.
